In defining the needs of the customer, some considerations are:
- What technology are you utilizing for data storage today?
- What do you project are your data requirements for the near term? Long term?
- How do you currently manage data growth today? Add more servers? Add more disks?

- How do you plan to scale this according to your two and three year data growth projections?
