On-site Advanced Exchange

Enjoy a complete hands-off service solution with MPC's convenient On-site Advanced Exchange service. If you experience an in-warranty system failure, MPC technical support will schedule an appointment with you for the next business day at a mutually agreed upon timeframe and send a re-configured, re-serialized replacement shell (to match your original system) to your location. The on-site technician will transfer your customer replaceable units (CRUs) (i.e. hard drive, optical drive, TV tuner, and mini PCI card) to the replacement shell, make sure everything is working properly, and then ship your original shell back to MPC using the pre-paid shipping materials provided.
On-site Advanced Exchange is available to MPC customers located within the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Service is provided pursuant to service contract between the customer and a third-party provider. Service may not be available on all models. If MPC technical support determines On-site Service is necessary, the customer will be contacted by the third-party provider to schedule an on-site appointment for the next business day after the shell is supposed to arrive at the provider's location (or a mutually agreed upon time thereafter). Within the Continental United States, if the service location is greater than 120 miles from one of the provider's concentration cities or primary service points, On-site Service will be performed in a commercially reasonable amount of time. Other conditions apply.
