Two-, Four-, and Eight-Hour On-site Services
If you need the highest level of availability from your servers and storage solutions, choose MPC's Two-, Four-, or Eight-Hour On-site Service options. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week we'll dispatch an on-site technician to meet the necessary replacement part(s) at your location, within two, four, or eight hours. The technician will replace the defective part(s), verify system functionality, and return the defective part(s) to MPCgetting you back up and running as soon as possible.

Services are provided pursuant to a service contract between the customer and a third-party provider. An on-site technician will be dispatched, if necessary, following MPC phone-based troubleshooting. Services are subject to parts availability, geographical restrictions and the terms of an on-site service contract.
