Parts & Technical Support Coverage
When you have the technical expertise to provide your own service, MPC offers the flexibility of extended parts coverage, which includes hardware technical support. Coverage is available for up to five years.
- Saves you money by not having to purchase unnecessary On-site Service.
- If telephone diagnostics are complete by 3:00 P.M. Mountain Time (Mon. - Fri.), MPC will make commercially reasonable efforts to have the part shipped that same day via ground delivery service (unless the part is required sooner).
- Allows you to service your own equipment as soon as the part arrives...no waiting for an on-site technician to arrive.
- Packaging and pre-paid return label are provided to return the defective part to MPC.
