How it Works
Step #1 — Purchase the Keep Your Hard Drive service plan with systems identified for use in specific areas of a company or agency where security is a high priority and/or purchase on all equipment as a standard company process.
Step #2 — If a replacement hard drive is required under warranty, identify to the technical support agent that you will keep the defective hard drive instead of returning it when you receive your warranty replacement.
Step #3 — Replacement hard drive sent to you without invoice. There is no expectation that the defective drive will be sent back.
